I have often been the lone introvert in such groups and it can be a fierce uphill battle to convince the more extroverted learners that what they perceive to be a “complete waste of time” are the important 9 points you have listed. Susan Cain’s book makes the point that our western culture tends to value extroverted practice over introverted, often to our detriment. Nice piece Ted!
